Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead a commission-based sales team in our showroom. You will coach, motivate, and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

• Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
• Physical Demands Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
