Staples in Phoenix is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead daily front-of-store operations and champion exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, conversions and complete solutions by engaging customers and coaching the team to deliver a total-store experience.

You will own weekly merchandising, provide peer coaching, and partner with store leadership to execute company initiatives. Flexibility for part-time or full-time hours is required.

Essential Skills And Experience

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services

• Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others
• Ability to work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
