Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion. Responsibilities include:

• Providing an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversion, and delivering total solutions to every customer.
• Owning weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Performing Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Championing company initiatives, adapting to change, and performing other duties as assigned.
• Remaining available and supporting an engaging environment.
• Completing daily merchandising and sales tasks.
• Assisting with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Coaching team behaviors to succeed, including role playing and feedback.

Essential Skills And Experience:

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
