Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor at PUMA Group

Join us to apply for the Retail Sales Supervisor role at PUMA Group.

Your Mission:

  • Provide high standards of customer experience within the store, aligning with PUMA’s brand values and service standards.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective planning, expense control, and sales strategies.
  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in recruiting, training, developing, and succession planning for high-performing employees.
  • Manage payroll and create service-driven schedules to maintain profitability while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store and Assistant Store Managers.
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, and operational competencies.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
  • Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, with potential overtime.

Your Talent:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-focused retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and communicate effectively, including presenting to large groups.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Quick learner with basic computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

The base pay ranges from $22.35 to $26.35, plus bonus and benefits.
