Join the Retail Sales Supervisor role at Harbor Freight Tools

We are seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to be a valued member of our high-performing team. This role is perfect for individuals with recent leadership experience who are passionate about a career in retail.

The anticipated rate for this position is $18.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The role is eligible for a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan. Associates accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year, including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, with sick time up to 64 hours per year.

Respectful schedules are maintained during operating hours of 6 am to 10 pm.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all store operations including stocking and sales duties
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements - Who You Are

• Must be at least 18 years old
• At least 1 year of retail leadership experience
• Effective communication skills in person, email, and phone
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and safely operate a ladder
• Willing to become forklift certified per IIPP
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with good attendance
