Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead a motivated commission-based sales team in a dynamic showroom environment. You’ll coach staff, apply the Bob’s Way values, and leverage retail technology to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and hands-on supervision with opening/closing procedures, showroom readiness, and daily sales strategy execution.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
• Physical demands: ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience managing commission-based teams is preferred.
