Bob's Discount Furniture in Attleborough, MA seeks a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead a commission-based sales team in our showroom. You will coach and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales targets and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory or sales leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in retail operations and team training.
