Bob’s Discount Furniture in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead a commission-based sales team in our dynamic showroom environment. You will coach, develop, and motivate associates, driving customer engagement and implementing the Bob’s Way to ensure top performance using our showroom technology.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a supervisory or sales leadership role, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to an inclusive, high-energy culture

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Experience managing commission-based teams is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities to drive performance.
