Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Sales, Strategy & Planning Internship to gain a day-to-day operations perspective in a retail branch and contribute to high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Interns will support sales, purchasing, and inventory teams and develop skills in brand building, customer needs assessment, and loyalty creation within a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B sales and customer service with a focus on building relationships with the customer base.
• Execute our TRS process: build brand awareness, assess needs, exceed expectations, build loyalty.
• Perform basic cashier functions and load products into customer vehicles.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, restocking shelves and incoming stock.
• Analyze inventory to determine product availability and reorder status.
• Promote private label brands to maximize TRS gross profit.
• Educate customers on competitive advantages (best people, best technology, best price).
• Educate customers on the website and the Brick and Click model.
