Albertsons Companies is hiring a Retail Sales and Store Support team member in Texas. You will keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop, help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across departments.

You will stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing, and maintain backroom organization throughout the shift. This role offers variety, fast-paced days, and opportunities to learn store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (18+ depending on role).
• Prior retail, stocking or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers and box cutters safely after training.
• Basic math and communication skills required; read/write in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety and dress standards.

Responsabilités

• Help customers locate items and answer questions to assist their shopping.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain display standards.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop; maintain signage and pricing.
• Assist with inventory and backroom organization; support restocking across departments.
• Operate equipment safely and according to training and safety guidelines.
