You’ll stock shelves, rotate products, update signage, and maintain backroom organization. The role involves standing for long periods and adapting to a busy day while delivering great service.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (18+ for some roles) and able to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Prior retail, stocking or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop; help customers locate what they need and answer questions.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization.
• Maintain store standards and support across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle inventory and assist with restocking and ordering processes when needed.
