Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member. You will help customers, stock shelves, and keep displays neat and pricing accurate. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work across departments in a fast-paced environment.

You'll participate in inventory tasks, operate standard store equipment, and adapt to varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A basic command of English is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop
• Help customers locate items and answer questions
• Stock shelves and maintain displays and signage
