Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and follow instructions in English.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 16+ years of age (18+ depending on role) and comply with safety and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing/signage, and maintain backroom organization.
• Support across departments to keep displays appealing and products available throughout the day.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and ordering processes as needed.
