Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop while helping customers.

You’ll stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing, and maintain displays; assist customers and keep backroom organized; adapt to fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (18+ depending on role requirements).
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop.
• Help customers locate items and answer questions.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays; update pricing and signage.
• Maintain backroom organization and inventory levels.
• Rotate products and remove outdated items.
• Maintain store standards across departments.
• Operate equipment safely according to training.
• Adapt to changing tasks and priorities during shifts.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
