Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Medford, OR is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support teammate to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers locate items, answer questions, stock shelves, and ensure displays stay inviting across departments.

You'll move between tasks, maintain pricing and signage, and uphold backroom organization to support daily store standards. A flexible schedule and weekly pay are available for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years or older depending on role requirements).
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop across different areas of the store.
• Help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Restock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization.
• Move between departments and assist with inventory and display standards throughout the day.
• Support daily store operations and ensure displays are attractive and well-maintained.
• Assist with preparation for special promotions and seasonal merchandising.
