Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Eugene, OR is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support teammate to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You’ll help customers locate items and answer questions across departments.

You’ll stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing and signage, and maintain backroom organization to support smooth store operations. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus; join a team focused on guest service, safety, and store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements).
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop; help customers locate items and answer questions across departments.
