Qualifications

• Customer interaction skills for helping customers and answering questions
• Stocking and merchandising experience including facing items and maintaining displays
• Product knowledge across departments and store layout
• Attention to pricing, labeling, rotation, and avoiding outdated items
• Strong organization and time management for multiple tasks
• Awareness of inventory levels and restocking
• Ability to safely use equipment such as pallet jacks and cutters
• Adaptability to move between tasks and departments
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs.
