VONS in California is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers find what they need, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across departments.

You’ll stock shelves, rotate products, update signage, and keep backrooms organized while assisting with inventory and pricing. This fast-paced role suits someone who enjoys variety and delivering great customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment after training
• Basic math and communication skills in English
• Must be 16+ years old (18+ for some roles)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions to help shoppers
• Stock shelves and maintain displays to company standards
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming across departments
• Update pricing or signage and maintain backroom organization
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking and ordering processes
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and box cutters following safety guidelines
