Job summary

Albertsons Companies is hiring a Retail Sales and Store Support team member in California to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will assist customers, help locate items, and maintain a welcoming environment across departments.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, updating pricing and signage, rotating stock, and keeping backrooms organized. You will work across departments and maintain store standards throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (age may vary by role).
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean and welcoming across all areas.
• Assist customers and help locate items.
