Job summary

VONS in Ventura, CA is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member who helps keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain displays throughout the day.

You will rotate products, update signage, manage backroom organization, and work across departments to keep pricing accurate and shelves well presented. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, fast-paced environments, and delivering friendly, helpful service to shoppers.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements).
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop for customers.
