Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18+ depending on role)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate items, answer questions, and keep the store clean and welcoming
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update signage, and maintain backroom organization
• Maintain product displays and ensure pricing is accurate
• Assist with inventory and restocking across departments
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently as trained
• Move between tasks and departments to support a fast-paced store environment
