Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member in California to keep the store clean, organized and easy to shop. You will assist customers, stock shelves, rotate products and maintain displays across departments.

You will also help with inventory, pricing updates and backroom organization, while adapting to a fast-paced environment and ensuring safety guidelines are followed throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (18+ for certain roles).
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters safely.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Reading, writing and following instructions in English.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Compliance with safety, sanitation and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep store clean, organized and easy to shop; assist customers.
• Stock shelves, rotate products and maintain displays and pricing.
• Maintain backroom organization and update signage as needed.
• Assist across departments and support inventory and ordering processes.
• Operate equipment safely and follow safety guidelines.
• Provide friendly, prompt service to customers throughout the shift.
