Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop while assisting customers and maintaining displays.

You will stock, update signage and pricing, and help customers across departments. The role requires adaptability, basic math and strong communication, with flexible scheduling including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop across departments
• Help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization
• Handle inventory, restock, and coordinate with departments to keep displays in good condition
• Maintain store standards and ensure displays meet brand guidelines
• Support safety, sanitation, and dress standards as part of daily duties
