Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across departments to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You’ll also stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and assist with inventory while maintaining backroom organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 depending on role requirements)
• Retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop across areas of the store
• Help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment
