Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers, stock shelves, and maintain displays while rotating products and keeping backrooms orderly.

This role requires basic math, English literacy, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced store environment. Training and safety guidelines apply across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop across different areas
• Help customers locate items and answer questions
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays
• Update pricing or signage and maintain backroom organization
• Provide friendly service to ensure a welcoming environment
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and ordering processes
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines
• Move between tasks and departments to stay busy during shifts
