Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will assist customers, locate items, stock shelves, and maintain displays with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role involves rotating products, updating signage, and supporting a fast-paced environment while ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere for shoppers across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18+ for some roles)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment safely after training
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Keep store clean, organized, and easy to shop across departments
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization
• Assist customers, answer questions, and help navigate store layout
• Monitor inventory levels and support restocking and ordering processes
• Uphold store standards and safety guidelines throughout the shift
