Primary Responsibilities

The Retail Sales Stocker stocks, rotates, and merchandises KeHE supplied products for assigned customers within a region. They also provide backup and assistance for Retail Sales Consultants during vacations, absences, and other circumstances, aligning all duties with KeHE's mission, vision, and core values (Caring, Determined, and Faith-Friendly).

Essential Functions

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products for assigned customers.
• Act as backup for Retail Sales Consultants as needed.
• Participate in various projects such as new item cut-ins, category resets, code checks, shelf maintenance, and emergency deliveries.
• Assist with product placement on store shelves.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings.
• Maintain good attendance, safe work practices, and safeguard confidential company information.
• Perform other duties and special assignments as directed by management.

Minimum Requirements and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: At least two years of grocery or distribution experience.
• Reliable transportation, including personal vehicle or public transit, and a smartphone.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, follow schematic information, and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent grammar, verbal, and written communication skills.
• High energy and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to carry 20 pounds and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and walking are required. Driving between stores may be necessary. Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor conditions with varying noise levels.
