Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service focused retail associate in Utah. The role involves delivering outstanding service to customers, processing sales orders with proper cash handling, and helping meet sales goals.

You will support inventory control, assist with loss prevention, and participate in opening/closing store duties. Candidates should be legally eligible to work in the US, be at least 18, and ideally have a high school diploma plus 1 year of customer service or sales

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
