Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused associate in Ivins, Utah to deliver exceptional service and drive sales in-store. You will process orders, assist with financing, and support daily cash handling.

The role requires at least 18 years old, US work authorization, and a background in customer service or sales. Expect to contribute to KPI attainment and participate in opening/closing duties as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
