Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our portfolio of products and services to both existing and new customers. You’ll play a key role in improving the customer experience and fostering a culture of exceptional service at all Spectrum store locations.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, educating customers on products, and maintaining knowledge of current promotions and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Proficient with mobile devices and computers.
• Strong English reading, writing and comprehension.
• Ability to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail or telecommunications experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers in-store.
• Provide exceptional customer care and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum pricing, promotions and visual standards.
• Assist customers in-store and process transactions at the point of sale.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to team targets.
