Spectrum is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our brand, promoting and selling our portfolio of services to customers in a dynamic store setting.

Responsibilities include driving sales, delivering exceptional customer care, and educating customers on products. A base pay range is offered with commission incentives, and a flexible schedule is provided in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
• Self-motivated, competitive spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals.
• Positive and professional demeanor, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• 1-5 years of sales/customer service experience.
• 1-3 years of telecommunications/wireless experience.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on products to create ideal experiences.
• Build positive customer relationships and overcome objections while reselling value.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visuals, while minimizing losses.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere and maintain a clean retail experience.
