Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in Manhattan to promote and sell our broadband, TV, mobile, and voice services. You will be the face of Spectrum in-store, delivering exceptional customer care, answering questions, and driving sales.

Role requires ability to work a flexible schedule, handle transactions, and stay informed about pricing and promotions while maintaining a high standard of store presentation and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in cash handling and payments.
• Comfort with personal technology including mobile devices.
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced team.
• Customer-focused with a drive to meet sales goals.
