Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist in California to promote and sell our products and services to both existing and new customers. You’ll be the face of Spectrum, delivering exceptional customer care and driving sales in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role offers a base pay of $18–$28 per hour with commission incentives and a target starting at $8,441 in commission. A 20+ hour workweek with a flexible schedule is typical, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, mobile devices and video platforms.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize and multitask.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
