Spectrum in California is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our brand in store locations, promoting Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice products while delivering exceptional customer care. You will identify sales opportunities, educate customers, and handle transactions with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include building relationships, overcoming objections, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with cash handling and payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology and basic computer applications.
• English reading/writing/speaking; prioritizing and organizing tasks.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
