Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in California to promote and sell our portfolio of products and services to existing and new customers. You will be the face of Spectrum, dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience in-store.

You'll help customers understand Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice, handle transactions, meet sales goals, and participate in training. A HS diploma is required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus; in-store role with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual: Spanish.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Strong comfort with personal technology and devices.
• Excellent reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension of English.

Responsibilities
