National Pawn - NC is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service, assist with sales and loans, and help customers with merchandise inquiries. The role emphasizes accuracy in processing transactions and maintaining a welcoming sales floor.

Applicants should be 18+, with a HS diploma or GED, and comfortable handling cash. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; unlimited commission potential complements hourly pay.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service and basic math skills.
• Experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms of pawn and short-term loans and ensure a smooth customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
