Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our brand in stores. You will promote and sell Spectrum products to existing and new customers, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer care at every location.

You should be comfortable with cash handling, mobile tech, and basic math, and you must excel in a fast-paced team setting while maintaining strong communication with customers and employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms; proficient with computer applications.
• Good basic math skills and strong English reading/writing/speaking abilities.
• Experience in goal- and incentive-based work environments and in fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
