Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our stores, promoting and selling Spectrum products to customers. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and uphold store standards while supporting a positive customer experience.

The role requires a high-energy, customer-focused approach with a flexible schedule and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $24.60 per hour, with commissions driving earnings beyond base pay and a path toward growth

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with Spectrum products and promotions a plus.
• Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
