FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Las Vegas, NV. Earn $12.00–$15.00 per hour with unlimited commission and first‑class customer service. Duties include assisting customers with sales and pawn services, handling cash, and maintaining a clean sales floor.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling and loans
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
