Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Las Vegas. You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn/loan inquiries, and ensure a smooth, compliant customer experience on the sales floor.

The role offers hourly pay of $12–$15 plus commission up to 8%, with earned wage access after day 2, plus benefits, employee discounts, and a path to retirement and tuition support. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with pawn/short-term loans is a plus; provide good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain loan terms, complete paperwork, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following company policies.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
