FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Las Vegas, NV. You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn services, explain loan terms, and maintain the sales floor with friendly, accurate service.

The role offers: hourly pay between $12.00 and $15.00 plus unlimited commission, flexible retail hours, and benefits. Prior experience with firearms in FFL locations is noted (certification provided).

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Experience with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
