Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable handling a variety of merchandise, including firearms in FFL locations.
• Strong customer service and team mindset; basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Assist store operations with opening/closing tasks.
• Participate in training and follow company policies.
