Job summary

Belk in Washington is seeking a Selling Flex Associate to deliver a positive customer experience by assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, and driving sales. You will maintain store presentation, learn products, and support operations while contributing to a friendly, service-oriented environment.

The role is hourly and requires flexibility to work with customers across shifts, contributing to store objectives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
