Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and uphold a friendly, brand-forward culture.
• Display a professional, patient, and customer-first attitude.
• Transition products to the sales floor with care and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Recommend/upsell merchandise and assist at checkout.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately with guests.
• Identify and escalate problems to management.
• Communicate effectively with management and peers.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation with colleagues.
• Follow training materials, e-learning, and standard operating procedures.
