Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Tucson, AZ. The position offers $15.75–$18.50 per hour plus unlimited commission, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn/loan services, explain terms, and process transactions while maintaining a welcoming store environment. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills and team orientation.
• Strong math and basic computer skills; familiarity with POS systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and guide customers through pawn and short-term loan processes.
• Process sales and loan transactions accurately following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value to aid buy/sell/loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly; assist with opening/closing tasks.
