We are currently seeking an early career Chromatography Sales Solutions Specialist who will work with the Account Manager to maintain and support the Southern California territories by meeting and exceeding sales, gross profit, and unit goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide technical support and respond to incoming inquiries (including internet chats, phone calls, web inquiries, and emails) by providing product recommendations, troubleshooting support, preparing quotes, and assisting with orders.
  • Understand and recognize customer analytical methods associated in multiple industries and provide technical solutions for assay development. Comprehend routine and complex testing to support timely product delivery to customers.
  • Utilize CRM, ERP, ticketing, and chat software to document interactions and provide support appropriately.
  • Meet or exceed territory and regional sales goals and associated KPIs.
  • Perform other job-related duties that may arise, as requested by customers and/or management.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science such as Chemistry, Biology or similar discipline.
  • Some exposure to chromatography via academic or professional experience. Sample prep is a plus.
  • Strong ability to sell with at least one year of customer service or sales experience . Life Sciences or Biotech industry preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills , high energy, articulate with a passion to support clients and work cooperatively in a team environment .
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and database management. Team oriented with ability to multi task.

Additional requirements :

  • Ability to work remotely . Must reside in Torrance , Los Angeles, San Diego, Anaheim or Irvine CA.

Remote position

The salary range for this role $70,000-$75,000 per year. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
