Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Retail Tire Sales Representative to join a nationwide network of over 550 Tire Sales Specialists. This role focuses on customer service and tire sales in premium OEM automotive dealerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed assigned goals.
• Perform quick tire inspections.
• Identify and explain tire‑related issues, recommend service, and quote prices.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations such as inventory, opening/closing, and reporting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85 per hour to start.
• Target annual commission: $13,200.
• Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding.

• 50% 401(k) match up to 7% of employee contribution.
• PTO eligibility after 30 days, up to 19 days annually.
• 5‑day, 40‑hour work week.

The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus, or profit sharing, and will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
