Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a Tire Sales Specialist to join our team in a premium automotive dealership environment. After a fully paid training program, you will engage customers, sell tires on the service drive, perform quick inspections, identify needs, and confidently recommend solutions to close sales.

You will build relationships with customers and dealership teams while supporting store operations. The role offers a stable 40-hour work week, with base pay plus commissions and comprehensive

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
