Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Torrance, CA to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and keeping shelves stocked to maximize sales.

You will travel within your territory, lift up to 50 lbs, and use a smartphone to record shifts, with competitive wages and opportunities for internal growth.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated relationship-building and strong communication skills.
• Prior sales or account management experience.
• Ability to perform physical work, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to independently travel within assigned territory.
• Proficiency with smartphones/tablets to record work after each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, meeting shoppers’ needs.
