Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Merchandising Associate in Madison to support in-store projects, build displays, reset shelves, and monitor inventory. You will travel locally within your territory and use a smartphone to record shift work.

All applicants must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and possess a valid driver’s license with vehicle access. Training and team support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to move, bend, stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Willing to independently travel locally within your assigned territory.
• No prior experience required; training and team support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, rotating products as needed.
• Reset shelves with product rotation to maximize sales opportunities.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers capitalize on sales opportunities.
